Grace AC3 Pigment Replace Anti Corrosive Pigment for Industrial Coatings
PRODUCT TYPE: Anti-corrosion Pigment
PRODUCT APPREANCE: White powder
Introduction:
Silica Anti Corrosive Pigment, as a new generation of white antirust pigment made by Quanxu Chemical, is the ideal substitute of toxic antirust pigments containing lead or chrome. It turns out through practical applications and test results by over 100 well-known coating material producers or researching institutes, that this product is superior to such antirust pigments as lead red, zinc chrome yellow and zinc phosphate in rust prevention and practicality.
Main features:
1. High-performance.
2. High conductive function.
3. High anti-rust function.
4. High cost performance.
User friendly:
Silica Anti Corrosive Pigment is an inorganic chemical compound used as a corrosion resistant coating on metal surfaces either as part of an electroplating process or applied as a primer pigment (see also red lead). It has largely displaced toxic materials based on lead or chromium, and by 2006 it had become the most commonly used corrosion inhibitor. Zinc phosphate coats better on a crystalline structure than bare metal, so a seeding agent is often used as a pre-treatment. One common agent is sodium pyrophosphate.
