Pigment yellow Y-83
Pigment yellow Y-83 affords reddish yellow shade, exhibit excellent fastness properties. Its commercial grades modified since the particle size to create transparent to opaque. The variety grades is widely used for coatings, inks and plastics.
Application
1. Inks: used for all printing technique purposes preferred highly transparent;
2. Coatings: the opaque version used for air drying paints as replacement for Chrome Yellows for road marking paints.
3. Plastics: used appreciable in plastics, because of its good solvent resistance, migration is no problem in plasticized PVC even at low pigment levels, does not bleed or bloom.
